Our Fish

Shipping Tropical Fish

Our fish are shipped double bagged, with the air replaced with oxygen. They are then packaged in polystyrene lined boxes with heat pack attached to the interior lid to keep them warm.

They are boxed and shipped the next working day after receipt of payment. Shipping is courtesy of DHL next day by 3pm delivery, so in most cases your fish will arrive by noon of the second day after ordering. Orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday for delivery by Tuesday.

We guarantee Live Arrival of any fish you purchase. In the unlikely event that your fish does not survive delivery to you, we offer replacement of the fish with another of the same species if available, store credit in the amount of the purchase, or a refund of the amount of the purchase. Sorry, we can not refund the cost of shipping, and the customer must pay shipping charges for replacement fish. Store credit is valid for one year from the time of purchase. If your fish is DOA, please email us a photograph of the fish in the original container within 3 hours of delivery. We assume that you will be present to sign for delivery, and can not guarantee the condition of the fish if they have been held for pickup at DHL for extended periods. If you do not have a digital camera, we will accept the removed tail fin of the fish mailed in an envelope post marked the same day as delivery.
